Designed to Solve Better

The problems AI visuals
actually solve

  • Content produced without casting a model or photographer
    Time to produce content

Casting a model and photographer and preparing a shoot drops away,
cutting the time from brief to finished file so work can actually ship.

  • Consistent brand visuals held with AI
    Inconsistent brand visuals

Results that used to shift with the crew and the location stay consistent, holding
the brand's stance and style across every file.

  • High-quality AI visuals produced without crew or location cost
    High production cost

In place of crew, location and retouching costs, the budget buys a higher quality of
    brand imagery.

  • Marketing content reflecting a trend immediately
    Reacting to trends in time

Content that reflects a fast-moving trend can be produced immediately, so marketing
can respond while it still matters.

What We Actually Make

Where AI image production is actually used

sufly's AI visual production service trains a model on a brand's products, models and settings, then supplies advertising imagery, product detail imagery, editorial shots and campaign key visuals to the marketing team on a monthly basis.

It is built for supplying the same tone across many channels month after month, rather than for making one hero image. That is why the people producing the images and the people holding the brand rules sit on one team.

  • AI advertising creative

Creative sized for Meta, Google, Naver and Kakao placements. One message is split into variants, and the next round follows whichever variant performed.

  • AI product imagery

Product imagery for detail pages and commerce channels. Background swaps, styled shots and in-use scenes — the work that is expensive to reshoot again and again.

  • AI editorial and model imagery

Seasonal editorial and wearing shots. The model's look and styling stay fixed while wardrobe, location and season change from one round to the next.

  • Campaign key visuals

The one image a campaign is built around, then extended into online and offline channel formats. More detail on the key visual design servicepage.

Shooting vs AI Generation

Shooting or generating — what actually differs

Neither is always right. Commerce and promotion work that repeats favours generation; a campaign that depends on a real person or a real texture still needs a shoot. sufly runs both.

Photo shoot compared with AI generation
Photo shoot AI generation
Preparation Casting, studio and props have to be booked and scheduled. Starts as soon as brand material and references arrive.
Revisions A different crop or prop means booking another shoot day. The same model and framing are held while only the part in question is regenerated.
Channel coverage Each ratio or channel adds a shoot or a retouch pass. Channel formats are produced from one key visual in a single pass.
Consistency Results shift with the crew and the location. A brand-trained model holds the tone.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

  • Can AI-generated images be used in advertising as they are?

We build them for that from the start. Wording that would fail media review, depictions that differ from the actual product and likeness issues are filtered out during production.

Disclosure rules differ by platform and category, so tell us where the creative will run and we will match that standard.

  • How do you keep the output on brand?

Before production we collect the brand guide, existing photography and past campaign images and turn them into a training set. The model trained on that set is used for that brand only.

Every image is checked by a designer against colour, crop, logo placement and prohibited treatments before delivery.

  • How does this compare with a photo shoot on time and cost?

A shoot carries casting, studio and prop booking before anything is made. Generated work returns first drafts the day after the brand material arrives.

Cost is calculated from the number of images and the length of the engagement rather than the number of shoot days. Tell us the channels and volume and we will quote.

  • Which models do you use, and who owns the output?

Only models whose licence permits commercial use. Brand-specific training uses material the client supplies, and those results are never applied to another client's work.

Usage rights and duration for the delivered files are written into the contract.

  • Can you replace backgrounds or build lifestyle shots for products?

Yes. If you hold clean product originals we work from those, changing background, lighting and in-use scenes.

If you do not, we shoot the product first and use those frames as the training reference.

  • How many images can you produce in a month?

It depends on team size and the number of channels. On a monthly engagement the planned volume is split across the campaign calendar in advance.

Brands with high monthly volume are easier to run inside year-round design operations.
