Scope

What we actually make

sufly's AI visual production service builds a generation model from a brand's products, models and settings, then supplies advertising imagery, product detail imagery, editorial shots and campaign key visuals on a monthly basis.

The service is designed around repetition rather than one hero image. Producing the same look across many channels for many months is the hard part, and that is what the workflow is built for.

  • AI advertising creative

Sized for Meta, Google, Naver and Kakao placements. One message is split into variants, and the next round follows whichever variant performed.

  • AI product imagery

Detail pages and marketplace listings. Background swaps, styled shots and in-use scenes that would be expensive to reshoot.

  • AI editorial and model imagery

Seasonal editorial and wearing shots. The model's face and styling stay fixed while wardrobe, location and season change.

  • Campaign key visuals

The one image a campaign is built around, plus the rules to extend it. See key visual design.

Comparison

Shooting or generating

Neither is always right. Repetitive commerce and promotion work favours generation; campaigns that depend on a real person or a real texture still need a shoot. We run both.

Process

How quality is controlled

Generation is the fast part. The reason brands stay is the review layer around it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

  • Can AI-generated images be used in paid advertising?

Yes, and we build them for that from the start. Before delivery we check for claims that would fail media review, depictions that differ from the actual product, and likeness issues.

Disclosure rules differ by platform and category, so tell us where the creative will run and we will match that standard.

  • How do you keep the output on brand?

We take the brand guide, existing photography and past campaign files and turn them into a training set for that brand only. The trained model is not reused on another client.

Every delivery is reviewed by a designer against colour, crop, logo placement and prohibited treatments.

  • How does this compare with a photo shoot on time and cost?

A shoot carries casting, studio, props and scheduling before anything is produced. Generated work starts the day after we receive the brand material.

Cost is calculated from the number of images and the length of the engagement rather than the number of shoot days.

  • Which models do you use, and who owns the output?

Only models whose licence permits commercial use. Brand-specific training uses material the client supplies, and the resulting weights are not applied to other accounts.

Usage rights and duration for the delivered files are written into the contract.

  • Can you replace backgrounds or build lifestyle shots for products?

Yes. If you already have clean product photography we work from that. If you do not, we shoot the product first and use those frames as the training reference.

  • How many images can you produce in a month?

It depends on the team size and the number of channels. On a monthly retainer we split the planned volume across the campaign calendar before the month starts.
